Last january l hurt me knee it had hurt before that but l hurt it bad and l went to the doc and they didnt find anyhting really worng but l went to physical therapy and know my knee is hurting agian.Its my right knee and its all over mostly on the sides but now it hurts to even touch it whereas it didnt before.l dont wanna tell my mom bc she is not big on going to the doc unless ur dying.ANyone ever have this happen to you or do you know what it may be.The doc saud it could be worn tissue. ALso im seventeen and it hurts worse when im dancing.l am a dancer

If u do not take care of it now, it will lead to big problems.
There is ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) which helps u to turn when u r dancing. It is probably inflamed.
Use ice pack. Swelling should go down. Do leg press exercises to strengthen ur muscles. Use knee braces until ur knee feels better (approx. $30 in drug stores).
But, really -
you should consult a doctor. Have a surgery only if u absolutely must.
Looks like u can fix it without going to the doctor at first. But do not pospone consultation with a doctor. Go see them soon.
