It is the second toe. l run cross country, but it has not bothered me much when l run. At first, the blister was at the tip of my toe, but now it is growing bigger and under my nail. My nail is all purple now, and it hurts to walk. The blister is lifting the nail, and i'm afraid i will make it flip.

put peroxide on it.and let it air out. id pop the blister too.

pollysporn then band-aid and/or put your foot in warm water with a lot of salt.

pop it and watch all the puss seep out

Go to the dr. He will probably lance it open and let it drain. But if you already have blood under your nail, there is a good chance that it might fall off and you will grow a new one.

You need to see a doctor. They will drill a very small hole in your toenail to relieve the pressure and drain it. It does not hurt, honest.

let it be for now and ASAP (as soon as possible) see a doctor. listen carefully to the doc. l had it on my thumb nail and it flipped so l know.

you gotta pop it with a needle to get the preasure off of it that will make it feel better, and when u run againwrap it up, just stick the needle in a lil bit just to get the water out of it.
