oh my god! these things hurt so bad!!

over the course of like 5 months or so i've had like 6 muscle cramps either just lying in bed or watching t.v.. l did research and it said it usually occurs after excersicing and running. any ideas?

am l gonna die?

this can be because lack of water.
and when they do occur do not flex your leg, just try and massage it or relax it.

you may be low on potassium, try eating a banana a few times a week.

The other night l woke up screaming with one of those. l had been on my feet all day. Go to the hospital if it does not go away. They are not life-threatening, but the excruciating pain puts great stress on the body.

Eat bananas the potassium helps and do stretching exercises, and drink lots of water, and yes you are going to die (some day)
