please do not tell me to eat healthy and exercise or stuff like that.
i just wanna know if they're unhealthy for teens and if they work.
i'm normal weight so l just wanna lose a couple of pounds.
and i'd also like to know if other dietery pills work and are bad for teenagers.
by the way i'm 16 years old.
