My muscles get soooo tense.Not to mention my nerves.l already have disc problems, what kind of things can l do---exercise wise--to relieve some of the stiffness in my neck.Thanks!.

i'm not sure what kind of exercises to do, but l would get some icy hot cream or patches & keep it on while you're driving. they work amazing! or go to a physical therapist. they helped my aunt with her pinched nerve in her shoulder. they take a machine, kind of like an ultrasound, & pushed it deep down into the muscles that we hurting. she said it was painful at first, but it felt so good afterwards. she was only going l think 2 times a week for a month.
