is it normal to have headaches on and off they do not really hurt a lot but they are really annoying but they normally go away on they're own

what do you think it is?
oh and l am 13 years old by the way. l am not sick or have a virus or illness

People usually get headaches because they are dehydrated, are you drinking enough fluids, and especially enough water?
Also, if your dealing with any type of stress, headaches can come on and off a lot.

it could be tension headaches. Are you under alot of stress? If yes, then you could try taking a few things off your agenda or practice breathing wen you start feeling anxious.

Headaches are normal. They can be attributed to many causes.stress, lack of sleep, food triggers, allergies, etc. Next time you go to the doctor let him know. No worries, but he may be able to help you pinpoint your triggers. Feel better

If you consume a lot of caffeine daily, and just recently stopped or cut back the amount of it, you could get really annoying headaches for a day or more at a time. Otherwise, maybe you need to rest more and drink more water? Try taking some Tylenol or Advil and see what happens. If it does not go away, I'd see a doctor.

Its normal. Either stress, tension, menstration, or noise. l get them too.

Most headaches are caused by dehydration so make sure you are getting plenty of fluid not counting soda. Also stress can play a big part so try some deep breathing excersises. If you are female and only 13 l would guess that it may also be part of your period. Definately tell your doctor. It is normal to get headaches, but hopefully they do not turn into migraines.
