l have tried everything l can think of. Water, i-pod, vibration massage, everything... What can l do?

take sleeping pills or kill yourself.

melatonin--its an over the counter vitamin you can buy from any pharmacy (walgreens, cvs, etc). it makes me fall asleep!

Try taking benadryl one hour before you go to bed, that usually help me. It might or might not work for you.

Try downloading a podcast where there are songs you do not know. With mainly no vocals. Whenever l want to fall asleep l listen to the beatport generecast: trance podcast. Because its all new music and if l am lying in my bed with no lights on l quickly fall asleep another good album to listen to would be sunny tales by sunlounger. Hope l helped.
