l have had this really back head ache for almost 4 hours now, l took some aspirin two hours ago and slept for an hour. l dont know what else to do! Do you have any ideas?

l do not know if this works for you, l take a long, hot shower, it helps ease the pain but very slowly. Drink something or eat something really cold.
