Please help me l really need to be on crutches!!! Im serious! Please only real , not like ''its not fun to be on crutches'' or ''its not worth it'' only realand real ways to sprain/brake my ankle ill tell you why after you give me a ligit answer and no im not crazy!

Ok why do you want to be on crutches? whatever. Anyways, you can jump off something while twisting your ankle and when you land it will sprain and possibly break.

Cut one big potato in two (center cut) strap 2 halves to ankle (wet side facing flesh) overnight, will swell up beautifully.

hmm intersting.. well u could trip over a cat.. thats what l did and broke 4 toes.. l kno its not your ankle but if u fall right u may brake your ankle instead..

well erm you probably need to be in a nasty accident or something to break your ankle if you want to sprain ti either play football or rugby because sister was on crutches once hope this helps
