The last couple of days i've been getting little cramps in my neck.. but it has gotten worse and worse.l woke up this morning and now i'm stuck.l can not turn my head left at all.And l can only turn it a little bit to the right.My neck is hurting whether or not l move it.Help!

You have a misalignment in your neck. This is a very common thing to have happen. If you go to a MD they will just give you Ibuprofin to help the inflammation. He/she will be able to adjust your neck and you should feel better within a few days without the use of any drugs.

put a hot pack on it or a hot wet towel and wait it out as bad as it sounds and all throughout the day just try to move it a tiny bit
this has happened to me before, it got to the point where l started crying one morning when l woke up because it hurt SO bad and l couldnt move my neck at all, l waited it out for a day or so and eventually it got better the next day.
