Will the fat go straight to my arteries and heart?

Not unless you eat that way all the time. If you eat good most of the time, you will be fine from eating a half a pizza and some chocolate today. However, if you make a habit of eating like this day in and day out, that is when it will start to take a toll on your body. Your body is pretty resillent, but when you abuse it every day, then long term effects start to kick in.

Well, it will not go straight to your arteries or ''Brain''. What will happen is your body will start to accumulate extra fat that the body does not need in the storage areas such as the belly are. After some time the blood will get overflowed with fat causing to block arteries and ultimatly the heart.

No, it will take some time. But sounds like lunch...what is for dinner? You must start getting active-maybe, walk 15 minutes each day if you can. It sounds like you ate about 1,500 calories in one setting. What goes in, has to come out, or it becomes fat. Each pound is 3,500 calories.

no its not gunna go straight to ur heart & arteries. half a pizza ai not no big deal. but u said u where inactive. maybe u should get active. l know when im eating some pizza that l really like. l just keep going, till l find out later ive eaten way to much. but then again l go running alot. if u were active. that might help keep ur metabolism up & u would not be so worried about whether that bad food is gunna go to ur heart. & as for eating chocolate. actually, eating dark chocolate is actually good for u it has lots of antioxidants in it. its actually healthy to eat a bit of dark chocolate every day. so if it was dark chocolate. do not fret. but u should look into getting more active. u have to make it part of ur life. once u do. when ever u wind up eating half a pizza, u wont feel so guilty. but no, its not going to ur heart & arteries. the grease is bad for u & u shouldnt eat it but. l think ur gunna be ok.
