Give me a home remedy for head ache

You know the little divot at the base of your skull? Push on (not super-hard) or massage that and see if it helps at all.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of ur head. Try placing it on ur forehead, temples, or the back of ur neck.
Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk.
Ask someone to rub ur neck & back, or treat yourself to a massage.
Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of ur head with ur index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for 7-15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed.
Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close ur eyes & try to release the tension in ur back, neck, & shoulders.
If u have excessive muscle contractions in the neck, physical therapy exercises performed daily r often helpful.

You should just take some Aspirin or so, but if you're looking for more natural methods - Relax & avoid mental & physical activity & have someone gently massage around the temples area & also somewhat around the neck & shoulder area

If you're having frequent headaches, u should also have it checked, as various headaches call for different treatments, for example, a headache resulting from lack of food/water is easily solved by eating/drinking while there is other reasons which may cause headaches such as sinus drainage, high blood pressure, etc.
If it is happening regularly, skip the remedies & have it checked, otherwise, a single one time pill of Aspirin should do the trick.

Head ache can be because empty stomach or less sleep or non nutrition food. l would suggest you to eat well (home food) and sleep for at-least 8 hrs. Apply oil for head for one ful day. Take care.

it depends on whats the cause of it. if it is a general one applyin balm will be sufficient or one crocin does the trick, if it is due to migraine then u hve to have diff kinda treatment, so what is the cause ?

try a bit of 'self appreciation' it releases endorphins that are a natural pain-killer

1) Slice a lime in half and rub over the area of the headache.
2) Use heat on the area.
3) Use cold on the area.
4) Get a head massage and neck massage.
