l am no doctor, first of all. You should discuss ur dosage with ur doctor. What works for one person, could have a terrible side effect & hurt another person.
If the medication is not working for you, call ur doctor & ask for something different. Read the drug information u got from the pharmacy when u picked this up, or call the pharmacy where u got it. They should be able to help you, also. Your doctor would have to change ur prescription, as far as l know.

l currently take tramadol 50 mg 2 x is a day. It is a combination of a weak opiate & im told an anti-deppresant, l wouldnt say it helps me much but its better than OTC stuff. My dad has taken Vicodin for 5 yrs because of a very bad back & his Doc moved & he was assigned another Doc who immediately took his prescription of Vicodin away & gave him Tramadol. We r outraged because my dad in no way is addicted to the Vicodin, he needs them & never takes more than prescribed. But l guess that is our Health care system at work. But l say give the Tramadol a go..it couldnt hurt..Take care good sir
