l am having an abdominal/pelvic exam tomorrow, and l wanted to know, am l allowed to have meat, or milk the night before?

yeah when l had mine l could eat what l wanted. but in the morning you have to drink water and DO NOT go to the toilet l was busting but they make u wait

Usually when the appointment is made they tell you if there are any things you need to do or not to do.

If ur doctor did not say anything about refraining from eating food, l would not worry about it. l had one done & had not changed my eating habits, & they were still able to do it just fine. Of course, l had it done last minute, so l would not have been able to follow a no-eat diet beforehand anyway.

Like l said. if the doctor said nothing, do not worry about it. Otherwise just go by what he said. What u eat should not matter too much anyway, as long as u wait the recommended time they give.

If it bloats you, do not have it. If you're bloated, they wo not be able to see good the pelvic area because the bowels are moving. Although you eat them a day before, the gas will still be there.
