If l were you, l would take some Excedrin Back & Body & rub on Icy Hot & rest ur back!

You can get them at CVS/Walgreens or ur local pharmacy.

In many parts of the country, raking leaves is a necessity during the fall months. Both for those unaccustomed to physical activity & regular exercisers, the dynamics of raking can lead to strain & injury to the back, shoulders, & wrists, according to the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that over 12,000 Americans were treated for injuries directly related to leaf raking in 2004. Raking requires a number of different activities, including twisting, bending, lifting, & reaching, that utilize several different muscle groups. Improper use of lawn tools along with the potential for tool-related accidents further compounds the risk of injury to the bones & muscles.

Yes l do but l think that reason l get back pains when l am faking with my wife is because l love her so much that l want her to think l am really enjoying myself. Even if you have to do it for three hours straight just be glad you can some people can not go for three minutes and ''just getting it over with'' is not the right attitude.
