I am 16 and smoke anywhere from 10-20 every day and have done for the past 2 years. l desperately wanna stop, but smoking seems to break up my days. l smoke in the morning with my dad. Then he offers me another on my journey to school. Then l meet some friends just before school begins and smoke again. Break, Lunch, Free periods - same story. l smoke with my sister when l get home, then my dad when he returns from work. l even use smoking as a treat after I've done something 'stressful'. Ridiculous things, like a bit of exercise or a piece of schoolwork. l need to change my pattern, but do not know how. Any suggestions?

You really need to see a cbt specialist, preferably one who also does hypnotherapy.
