im feeling pretty down anyone got any advice

Try working out. l found that this really helps even though l am not a huge fan of working out. Good luck and feel better!

hi hun l dont know what the problem is but, always remember this turn a negative thought into a positive one make that a challenge & remember that things are not always as bad as they seem lastly there is always someone worse off than you & maybe you can be the one to make a difference. Hope this helps keep smiling & keep your chin up.

surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Go see a movie or go shopping and get all the good bargains :0) What usually cheers me up is watching Family Guy or going to the Salem Willows.
