My knee gets these like sudden pains to the inside of my knee and right below my knee cap and they hurt they hurt really badly. My knee is swollen and my knee Im going to the orthopedics Tuesday. l already went to my physician and got x=rays and nothing showed up but ligaments tendons cartilage and fluid. What do you think l did to my knee? Whats the treatment? l am 13 years old!! 10 PTS TO BEST ANSWER

l had the same problem from skateboarding l use to fall on my knee alot and eventually the fluid just built up and cause alot of pain similure to your pain. so you could just have fluid in your knee. if that is the case then you will have to get it drained that what happend to me.

You need to get a MR l to see if you have a tear in your knee.
