After being bashed by 2 Maori Bouncers, with a coward Lebanese jumping in & kicking my back, whent to hospital in an Ambulance, found blood in my liver, now i'm passing it through my bowles, can this be a torn liver, can that be fatal or real bad?

You may have some bleeding. You should see a doc asap just to be sure it is nothing major. l would not take the chance.

Yes. Although if you are bleeding internally you are unlikely to be passing it in your bowels. Either way this is not normal and you should have it investigated.

Please go immediately to ur doctor. Anytime u pass blood means something is almost definitely wrong. It is probably related to ur injuries - can u go back to the same hospital ER where u were treated perhaps as they know ur recent history?

(You should also inform the police that u were assaulted by the bouncers. Most places have CCTV & if it is recorded on that, they should be responsible for ur medical bills.not to mention charged with assault.)

the hospital you went to did some tests did they ? if not get some done on your liver you should not be passing blood its not natural get checked soon as possible and sue the ass out of the club you went too liver could kill you yes get checked now

Have u been released from the hospital? Some passing of dark blood is expected but depends on how much, how long or if it is new blood (bright red) etc. l doubt they would have released u if u were still bleeding.
Regardless, any damage to the liver can be fatal. Depending on what kind of damage, in most cases the liver will rejuvenate itself.

If hospital personnel can get the bleeding stopped the liver can/should repair itself over time. That is if u r not alcoholic.

please go and get it checked out. somtimes things take longer than others to get picked up
