They are sorta ''outa place'' like when l walk they go funny, and right now is this really aching pain, l feel as tho that when l get up i'm gonna crack them. and they also keep clickin too :s

l get the same. l was diagnosed with ''Patella Femoral Syndrome'' a few years back in both of my knees. You should see an orthopedic or someone to help you.

There r a number of explanations for this problem with ur knee, but although a nuisance, none r likely to be serious.

The most likely is an imbalance of the muscles controlling ur knee & the kneecap. This can allow the kneecap to move more than usual & produce a clicking noise & pain, particularly when the knee is weight-bearing, as in bending. The pain may be at the front of the knee & is called anterior knee pain.


Another possible explanation is a loose body, which is a small piece of cartilage in the knee that can move about & gets caught sometimes, causing pain & a click. Loose bodies often cause locking of the joint & giving way sometimes as well.
