l recently got 9 stitches on my back, and if l get my heart rate going will l rip them?

Heart rate has nothing to do with stitches ripping out or not ripping out.
If you get your heart rate up because you're doing vigorous exercise, the exercise might rip your stitches depending on what you're doing, but heart rate itself is irrelevant.

no, heart rate has nothing to do with it. but if you work out or something the muscles will contract and cause them to rip out. so l recommend just relaxing until its healed
