l have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen, right above my pelvic bone. l can feel it all the way through. It is accompanied by brief fits of sharp pains all over my abdomen and a feeling of lightheadedness.

lower left is where u colon is, specifically the rectum where the stool is stored prior to evacuation .

if the cramping is all over the abdomen, then l would think u have a stomach virus or eaten something not agreeing with u for some reason or another . l am thinking u may not want to be too far from a toilet . if ''d'' starts . be sure to drink water & very dilute gatorade (pedialyte is better, too)
