l got into a minor accident this morning.l initially felt sore in my lower back and neck, and then l got caught up in what was going on and did not feel anything for awhile.Then a few hours later it hit me again, this time with waves of nausea.Now it is many hours later, and l feel waves of pain in my upper back and sharp pains in my head.l also have stiffness in my neck and stiffness or near spasms in my lower back. Sometimes l feel absolutely nothing, and then it comes back.What is this?Do l need to see a doctor in the morning if it does not go away?

l would definitely see a doctor. You could have a pinched nerve in your back, or even a cracked disc. Sometimes, something small can make something seem big. Get it checked out and l hope you feel better! :)

Yes u should see a doctor. l am really concerned with the nausea, spasms, & the sharp pains in the head. The signs may be whip-lash or something more serious such as head trauma. Did medics show up on scene? If so did u inform them on ur feelings? How fast were u or the other car going? Was ur seat belt on? Who hit who & at what angle? Was it a t-bone, rear-end, head-on? Can u move ur toes? l do not know if l would wait till morning. Do u have anyone that can take u to the ER ASAP??? Dude, trust me when l say that u should get looked at! CYA (cover ur $$)
