Right along side of the nail, it is a little puffed out and hurts a ton. l was playing with it a little with some tweezers and puss started to come out a little. . Anyone know whats wrong?

This is only on the side of my big toe where the nail is.. If l push it, it hurts.

Sounds like it to me. You might need surgery if it becomes chronic. Soak your foot in warm water and epsom salts, let it dry out a bit and bandage it with some neosporin.

The EXACT same thing has happened to me except about the puss coming out part. l remember it lasted for about 2-3 weeks and every single time i'd touch it, it would hurt alot. It was also puffy and red >.<
