About an hour ago l touched a tove that was really hot, l have been icing all for an hour and if l stop it burns like crazy, is there anything other than icing it that will make it go away faster??

Burn salve would work best- medicines are a lot better than just ice.

l would suggest toothbrush paste. It might work or might not.considering how badly you are burned.
( but it work for me.many times. hope it help)

Use cool cloths on burned areas.
Take frequent cool showers or baths.
Apply soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to burned areas to relieve pain and swelling. Applying 0.5% hydrocortisone cream to the burned area also may help.

OUCH duude. umm l think if it hurts to keep an ice cube on it, Get a cup of ice water and keep ur whole finger in there till it numbs. Then a band aid after. in my opinion.

No the burn has to burn out. To get some relief just get a glass of ice water and stick the finger in it only when you can stand the burning anymore then take it out. Should only take a few hrs but eventually it will stop. You can get some over the counter lidocaine sprays that numb the burn if you need them. Good luck l know it hurts but l asssure you this works.

Burn ointment with LIDOCAINE (2% is an effective concentration).

Household remedies that l know of are:

Toothpaste
Ketchup (that is been in the refrigerator)

If it blisters up (a big bubble) do not pop it. By popping it you increase your chances of infection.
