l get a ghastly pain in the left instep when l brace the left foot to move my right leg forward.The pain stops me from walking except in a zombie-like shuffle.Started completely without warning.What is wrong, and will it clear up by itself, or do l need help?

You should go to your doctor, and ask them to refer you onto a physiotherapist, or a sports medicine doctor that might be able to help you with this sort of problem. Or even a podiatrist would be good as well.

Hi, You could have just sprained it, perhaps it was cold at the time & u placed too much strain upon it.

l recommend that u have it seen to professionally if the pain is too unbearable or lasts overly long.

In the meantime l sugges that u rest it up as much as possible & apply a heat treatment like 'Deep Heat' or if u have access to something like Ibugel or Isopropel (They r painkilling gels for sports injuries)

Massage it each day & if after a 4-5 days it has not gotten better then definitely get help.

you should use chinese mentholatum, it makes every pain go away. ITt is like vaporub but you use it as a cream in the pain area. u can get it from chinese shops
