Eat Carrots!!

Eyesight deterioration is largely genetic. Vitamin A (carrots, liverwurst) has been shown to be important for the maintenance of good vision, but it is HIGHLY DOUBTFUL u have a deficiency assuming u have a normal western diet. The benefits of Vitamin A serve only to maintain ur vision at what it is supposed to be. Excess Vitamin A will NOT improve ur vision. Do not be fooled by anyone who tells u to eat carrots, that will only correct poor eyesight due to malnutrition. The only way to improve ur vision is to get glasses, contacts, or corrective laser surgery.

Exercising the eyes r a good way to improve ur eyesight. Move ur eyes up & down from one side to the other several times a day & even at night in the dark. You can also cup ur hands, place the palms over the eyes & press the rest of ur hand onto ur face & make it so tight, that when u open ur eyes, u do not see any light, not even a pinhole. When it is solidly dark, keep ur eyes open & stare into the dark for three or four minutes at least twice a day. When u release ur hands from ur face, u will be seeing better, but u have to keep up with the procedure for at least a week. Vitamin A is probably ur best vitamin for the eyes among other things, but do not over use it because it will build up in ur body. Maybe take one every other day. You could get some glasses, but once u start wearing them the eyes will get worse. Good luck to u sir.
