Almost a month ago l got an eye sty on the inside of my bottom eyelid.

It had puss like stuff, and after about a week the puss went away and it wasnt swollen anymore.

Well l went and looked at my eye again, and like fliped my bottom eyelid so l could see if anything was still there, and there is still a very red spot there.

It shouldnt have stayed this long, right?

the infection is probably still there you can now buy the cream over the counter at the chemist l think if not see your gp as they will keep on returning.

The infection may not have gone completely, see your doctor to have it checked out.

They typically go away within 5-7 days. Are u having any pain or discomfort in that area where the red spot is? If u are, take some ibuprofen (it helps with pain but also helps to combat inflammation), u can also use warm compresses, & be sure to keep it clean, do not wear contacts or make-up if those r things u typically wear. The pus stuff is normal, pus is actually a sign of an infection, but I'd say that u r most likely in good shape if the pus & swelling r gone. If it is not having any pain, it should go away on its own but if u r having pain or any sort of discomfort, or even just if it would ease ur mind to do so, it would probably be a good idea to give ur eye doctor a call & see what they would recommend.
