B4,it used 2 hurt after a long day walking,could it have gotten hurt because of shoe pressure although l wear my correct size?...what should l do now as a remedy?

This could be painful, but you might have bruised under the toe, and you need to relieve the pressure. You could go to the doctor and have him give you anesthetic, or your could take a needle, and put it over a candle for about 20 seconds, and then push the needle through the toe nail.

It sounds infected and you need to see a doctor.
