Lately the arch of my foot gets really hot on the inside and to touch it.It does not hurt, but it just gets really hot!The same thing has been happening to my dad too.Anyone know what it could be??

You could be dealing with a condition called Plantar Fasciitis which is an inflammation of the tissue in the bottom of the foot but can cause pain around the arch (an example only).
The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
